History of Clementson Construction
Clementson Construction began as a sole proprietorship by custom builder Conrad Clementson (general contractor) in 1993. The business was located in Everett, Wash., and specialized in spec and custom home building.
In 1999, Clementson Construction became a corporation. The company remained in Western Washington until 2004, and then relocated to Chelan, Wash., where Conrad and his family currently reside.
